Problem Cause Solution
Yogurt has too much liquid Lid attached to yogurt container Remove lid from yogurt jar and try again
Not enough time for yogurt to form completely Put yogurt container back inside Yolife Yogurt Maker and run for a few more hours
Not enough yogurt starter was used Add more yogurt starter and try again. Make sure to follow the instructions found on the yogurt starter
Yogurt base does not have high enough protein Use dairy milk (cow, goat, etc.), soy milk, or milk from a bean with high protein content
Cover not attached properly Make sure cover is attached securely to the base
Machine doesn’t turn on Machine is not plugged in Plug machine in and try again
